My name is Han Nguyen, product designer for Loop Returns.

I am a strong user advocate who believes that solutions are created with a strong sense of empathy and grounded with research and analytics.

When I’m not facilitating user interviews or whipping up designs, you can find me singing, doodling on any paper within hand’s reach, or adoring our cat Toast, who I am only moderately obsessed with.
